Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, we will happily refund your purchase price (less shipping) within ten days of date of shipment.

Due to the unique nature of custom orders we are unable to offer a cash refund, however you may return a custom order for store credit.

RETURNS:

All returns must be made within ten days of date of shipment. First, please email us at sales@calande.com with the item number, reason for return, and approximate arrival date. Simply return the piece in its original unused condition to us via prepaid insured mail. Please pack the item well and include the original receipt.
